Widows: Film Review

I’m a big fan of Steve McQueen‘s previous films – like Hunger, Shame and 12 Years A Slave – so I was excited to see him take on more mainstream, blockbuster fare, and the incredible cast he recruited for Widows was another big plus. Thankfully, Widows is just what I hoped it would be – a thrilling heist drama.

Fast and Furious 8: Film Review

I’ve been of the belief that the Fast & Furious films should end for a while now, especially after Furious 7 finished so beautifully. That being said, I actually really like them and find them highly entertaining so if they keep making em, I’ll keep going to watch.

Furious 7: Film Review

Furious 7 is totally insane – the stunts are ridiculous, the dialogue is cheesy as hell and the acting is laughable – but fans of the franchise will love it, whereas for people like me who think seven  is more than enough, it was a bit much. That being said, the way it rounded things off for Paul Walker (Brian O’Connor) was so sweet and emotional and I doubt there will be a dry eye in the house.
