You can always sign me up for a psychological thriller, but one that stars Isabelle Huppert and Chloe Grace Moretz gets a definite yes, yes, yes from me. Sadly, Greta wasn’t as satisfying as I’d hoped it would be and it was unexpectedly trashy.
Top Cinema Releases for April
How are we in April already?! We are, yet again, at the start of another month which means it’s time for my movie preview.
Happy End: Film Review
I only really discovered Isabelle Huppert with last year’s Elle (I know, I’m sorry!) and now her name will encourage me to watch any film, and while she is excellent in Happy End, the film didn’t quite come together.
Happy End: LFF Film Review
I only really discovered Isabelle Huppert at last year’s film festival with Elle (I know, I’m sorry!) and now her name will encourage me to watch any film, and while she is excellent in Happy End, the film didn’t quite come together.
My Cannes 2017 style queens
The Cannes Film Festival is a huge movie event (obviously, the name gives it away) but it also seems to be increasingly about the red carpet. Cannes 2017: Films to get excited about
The 2017 Cannes Film Festival kicked off yesterday, and as always I’m filled with envy that I’m not there, watching the stars hit the red carpet and seeing the premiere of all these potentially amazing films. For the next ten days, there will be plenty of screenings but there are just a handful that I’m really excited about. Here they are:
Elle: Film Review
I didn’t originally have Elle on my list of films to see at the London Film Festival but I had heard so many good things about it, I had to try and catch a screening and I’m so glad I did because it became one of my LFF favourites.
Top Films for March 2017
It’s the start of the month which means it must be movie preview time! I’ve got you covered from superhero movies, Disney live-action reboots to some awesome independent release. Check out my picks!
Oscars 2017: Best & Worst Dressed
Last night it was OBVIOUSLY the Oscars. I’ve already covered the winners, which you can read here, so it’s time to move onto the red carpet fashion.
