The Kindergarten Teacher: Film Review

I love Maggie Gyllenhaaal (particularly when she waved at me at the BAFTAs years ago) and I think she is a fantastic actress – something which she continues to prove in The Kindergarten Teacher, a gripping drama in which she plays a morally questionable teacher.

Rosewater: Film Review


I expected Rosewater to be this powerful emotional true story about the capture and interrogation of Iranian-Canadian journalist Maziar Bahari, but it fell short and lacked both impact and interest. And I don’t know how that’s even possible because the source material is so incredible.
