I had NO idea what A Guide for the Homesick was about – I literally went to see it because I knew I would see Douglas Booth in the intimate space of Trafalgar Studios’ Studio 2.
Loving Vincent: LFF Film Review
Loving Vincent is an extraordinary visual masterpiece that has to be seen to be believed. It is the first entirely hand painted film, everything you see onscreen is a pencil drawing or an oil painting on canvas in the style of Vincent van Gogh.
The Limehouse Golem: Film Review
I didn’t know an awful lot about The Limehouse Golem except it starred Douglas Booth and Bill Nighy (enough reason to watch any movie) and it’s certainly not what I expected from a Victorian murder mystery but I enjoyed it very much.
Speech and Debate: Theatre Review
I bought tickets to Speech and Debate solely because of Douglas Booth but during the show, I soon forgot about him in favour of Patsy Ferran, who was the star of the show.

YAAAAY! Here’s my run-down of February highlights:
Douglas Booth & Lily James: Apple Store Q&A
Last night the cast of absolutely nuts period drama/zombie slasher Pride and Prejudice and Zombies came to the Apple Store in London’s Covent Garden to chat about the movie and here are all my pictures of the stars Douglas Booth, Lily James, Jack Huston and Bella Heathcote.
Top Films for 2016
2016 has well and truly kicked off so what better time to look at the movies coming up in the year ahead and get excited about some the releases to come?
Jupiter Ascending: Film Review
My expectations were seriously low from the beginning as the trailer didn’t excite me and recent reviews haven’t exactly been glowing. I agree with the majority that this is absolutely mental and weird but if you let yourself drop the cynicism, you will find yourself seriously enjoying it.
