Bad Times at the El Royale: Film Review

I was so excited about Bad Times at the El Royale – the concept, the cast and the trailer were awesome and they gave me really high expectations, and I’m afraid to say I came away disappointed.

Avengers: Infinity War – Film Review

Trying to wrangle so many characters and storylines together to make one gigantic crossover movie seemed like an impossible task and I had no idea how the Russo brothers would do it – but somehow they have. Despite the hype and anticipation, Avengers: Infinity War manages to meet expectations and even exceed them. So impressed.

The Huntsman: Winter’s War – Film Review

hunts2

When I saw Snow White and the Huntsman I never once thought ‘I need a back story for this character’ or ‘He needs his own movie’ so The Huntsman: Winter’s War, both a prequel and sequel, felt unnecessary and the movie itself did nothing to change that, but I’m glad it gave me the opportunity to see Jessica Chastain kicking ass, Charlize Theron being bloody terrifying and some hilarious dwarves.

There are quite a few decent-looking movies coming out this month but I’ve managed to whittle it down to just the five best. I still think Criminal, Eye in the Sky and Miles Ahead look pretty decent, but in terms of excitement, the ones below are where it’s at.

Check it out –
