Isle of Dogs exhibition: My Pics

I thought I appreciated the stop-motion animation while watching Isle of Dogs, but it reached a new level when I went to the exhibition in London today. Here are my pics.

The animation was filmed at 3 Mills Studios in east London and some of the sets and puppets have been temporarily moved to 180 The Strand in central London for fans to see for free. I genuinely don’t think you need to have seen the film or be a huge Wes Anderson fan to go – I think everyone can appreciate the intricacy and attention to detail that went into making the sets and the painstaking amount of time and patience required to animate the puppets. The team have my utmost respect and admiration!

The exhibition closes on Thursday and you can find more info here. Be warned: this does get busy and you may have to queue outside and to take pics of certain sets.
