Tonight Idris Elba and Gemma Arterton headed to the BFI Southbank in London to promote their latest film 100 Streets and it was a waste of time to be honest.
Firstly, it was absolutely freezing so you kinda hoped there would be some pay off. The red carpet was tiny, there were hardly any fans since it wasn’t in Leicester Square so I felt positive. Despite this, neither star did much press at all – completely wasting our time. They arrived late, posed for soooo many pictures, did one lengthy joint TV interview and spoke to a couple of others before walking in, leaving most of the line standing there gobsmacked. Were they not bothered about promoting their small film? I’m not even sure how they were with fans.
So it was a bit terrible, I hardly got a decent glimpse at them because of the amount of people stood around in the way on the red carpet and I didn’t even get any up close pics. Boooo!
