Films for November

Interstellar

I have been waiting for the release of this epic sci-fi movie for a long time and I am so ready to see this now. The plot is a closely guarded secret but we know that Matthew McConaughey and Anne Hathaway embark on a space mission to save the human race from destructing Earth. I love everything Christopher Nolan does, I think he is a total genius, so I have very high hopes for this. Michael Caine and Jessica Chastain also star. Released: 7th November

Say When

Keira Knightley stars in this offbeat comedy-drama about a twenty-something who is scared of growing up and deciding what to do with her life. Oddly, she strikes up a friendship with a high schooler (Chloe Grace Moretz) and hangs out with her to avoid making life choices. Sam Rockwell also stars as the student’s dad. Released: 7th November

The Imitation Game

Benedict Cumberbatch stars as Alan Turing, a mathematical genius who manages to crack the German Enigma code during World War II with a team of codebreakers but instead of being hailed a hero, he is sent to prison for homosexual behaviour. This biopic looks equally inspiring and sad. Also starring Keira Knightley and Matthew Goode. Released: 14th

The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part I

If you aren’t excited for this then you have been living under a rock. Jennifer Lawrence returns as Katniss Everdeen once more and this time she is leading the revolution. No hunger games battle in this one – it is all about overthrowing President Snow and the Capitol to end their control once and for all. It will be epic. Released: 20th November

Horrible Bosses 2

I found the original movie hilarious and the trailer to this sequel has given me high hopes. Jason Bateman, Jason Sudeikis and Charlie Day are back and they are getting even with another boss that makes their lives hell. This time they are taking on Chris Pine and Christoph Waltz, who have massively done over the trio’s new business. Jamie Foxx, Kevin Spacey and Jennifer Aniston also return. Released: 28th
